Description
The motorized bioclimatic pergola Ombréa® of 13x13 ft (4x4 m) features a discreet electrical system. Its motor is installed in one of the side beams, and the wiring is hidden within the beams, emerging through a post to connect directly to your electrical installation. Made of 99% aluminum and capable of withstanding winds up to 62 mph (100 km/h), this pergola is of very high quality. The motor, IP 67 certified, is waterproof and also dust resistant. You can adjust the sunlight, shade, and ventilation with the double blades that can tilt up to 135°, controllable via a remote control. Extensions on the beams allow the blades, when open at 90°, to remain invisible from the outside. In case of rain, the pergola remains pleasant due to the waterproofness of its roof and a drainage system integrated into the posts. An included LED kit attaches directly to the structure's gutters and can be controlled via the Tuya Smart app, available on the App Store and Google Play.
This installation may require a building permit. It is recommended to inquire with your municipality for any necessary procedures.

Description of the freestanding pergola
The freestanding pergola is a structure resting on four legs anchored directly to the ground. Unlike a wall-mounted pergola, which is attached to the house, this island-style shelter is completely independent. This means you can install it anywhere on your property to cover a patio, shelter a hammock by the pool, or even create a cozy space in the middle of the garden.
Due to its supporting pillars, a freestanding pergola is best suited for large spaces. With dimensions ranging from 10x10 ft (3x3 m) to 13x13 ft (4x4 m), the structure covers an area of about 161 square feet (approximately 15 square meters). This provides ample space to move around a table, set up outdoor furniture, or frequently entertain guests. Please note that installing a 13x10 ft (4x3 m) pergola may require a permit application with your local municipality.

In case of snowfall, it is preferable to keep the blades open to prevent any damage.
