Your products ordered in the Metropolitan Montreal area will benefit from free delivery, regardless of the order amount.

For delivery in any other region of Canada, please contact the Ombréa® customer service so that a delivery quote can be provided to you.

  2. Create your customer account by filling in the sections PERSONAL INFORMATION -> ADDRESSES -> DELIVERY METHOD. Do not fill in the PAYMENT section or validate your payment.

  4. We add the shipping fees to your order and send you a link to make your payment.

STEPS FOR YOUR DELIVERY

    • ORDER CONFIRMATION

      Following the receipt of your payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please note: if you opt for payment by bank transfer, your order will only be taken into account once the payment has been received. Until then, items will not be set aside for you.

    • ORDER PREPARATION

      Your order will be prepared in our warehouses, where we ensure to check the condition of the items and avoid any mistakes.

    • CARRIER HANDOVER

      Our delivery partners will take care of your packages as soon as they leave the warehouse.

    • DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS

      For deliveries in Quebec, the timeframe is approximately 3 to 5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

    • DELIVERY COORDINATION

      You will be contacted by phone, email, or SMS to arrange delivery, using the contact details provided during the order.

      Deliveries occur during business hours and days. It is not possible to specify the exact time of the carrier‘s arrival.

      If you do not provide a valid contact or cannot be present during the delivery, return charges may apply at your expense. A resend is possible, but will be charged.

      If you do not provide a valid contact reachable for delivery, and the delivery cannot be made for this reason or if you are not present at your home during the carrier‘s delivery appointment, a return of the goods will then be carried out by the carrier to our premises at your expense. If you wish to maintain your order, a new shipment can be made and will be billed based on a quote.

    • ABOUT THE DELIVERY

      The delivery address must be accessible by a 26-foot truck. Please ensure that the meeting point can accommodate such a vehicle.

      Any adaptation of the transport mode or additional handling will incur additional charges, which will be billed and must be paid directly to the delivery company.

      If the delivery is made without a forklift or dock, assistance for unloading may be necessary: two people will be required.

      Home delivery does not include the assembly or commissioning of products

      After delivery, make sure you have planned enough storage space on your property.

      ⚠ Before delivery, check the dimensions and weight of the packages; they are often very heavy and bulky.

    • DELIVERY VALIDATION

      Upon receiving your order, in the presence of the delivery person, you must check the number of packages and the apparent condition of the cargo. Note on the delivery slip any precise reservations indicating the nature and extent of any damage observed. Your observations must be detailed and exhaustive, describing all anomalies observed on the packaging and any damage to the goods.

      In case of damage during transport (loss or breakage), it is essential to record written and justified reservations on the transport receipt and/or confirm them by registered mail, addressed to the carrier and Pergola Ombréa, within three days following the receipt of the package.

      It is also crucial to check the contents of your packages after their delivery. If pieces are missing or anomalies are observed, you must submit a request within 30 days of delivery by filling out the contact form. the contact form.

    • RETURNS

      You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically take possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory.

    • RETURN CONDITIONS

      Returns are accepted if the products are in new, uninstalled condition, and returned in their original packaging. Customized products or those specially designed according to your specifications are not eligible for return except in case of defects.

      You must check the condition of the product upon receipt and immediately report any damage or defect before installation.

    • RETURN FEES

      The return costs are at your expense unless the product is defective or does not conform to the initial order. In these cases, COMINTES INC. will bear the return costs.

      This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for the shipping and return costs. You may request either the exchange of the product or a refund. In the case of an exchange, the reshipment will be at your expense. Refunds are processed from the date the products are recovered and will be done within 14 days. Failure to follow the procedure and within the indicated deadlines, no refund can occur.
